Cleanliness:
Adequate. The serving area was clean, but few of the tables were clean and most had trash in them. The bathrooms were clean but the sink and dryer were sub-par.
Food:
Fine for McDonald's. Our order was correct and it tasted fine. Fries were overly salted, but they were fine for a fast food restaurant.
Service:
Godawful. Employees were working very inefficiently. While they weren't rude, they were not pleasant either. Our food took upwards of 20 minutes to arrive, even though it was a small order at 3 o'clock, not during busy hours. Drive through seemed to move quickly, so the dining area was clearly not a priority.
Would not recommend if you had another choice of fast food in the area.

This is our stop for a nice ice tea when taking trips to Kentucky. It has been a nice stop and we have eaten there once or twice.

It is a very busy place. Good food. Service is good. But must figure out the kiosk deal. I think to many orders coming in at once for the workers. Maybe need to add a cooking line.

State of the art restaurant! Touch screen interactive menu boards and a happy Staff. Good was perfect.

A slow Sunday morning and the service matched because crew was dismantling equipment for cleaning.  Fortunately the store had self-order kiosks and my food came out quickly.  There were no straws on the counter but the table service person brought one when I asked.  However, I have stopped here in the past and had good service, so I attribute this to a bad day/bad luck scenario.  If the self ordering kiosks replace crew, it will be sad but the way for humans to survive replacement by robot is to be better at the business than they are.
