If I could give 0 star that would be my honest review they made us wait 2 hours for our food and there was 50 doordashers waiting too and when we got our food there was missing items and the food was cold also the meat was raw like how tf????? This McDonald's needs new employees ASAP.Food: 1/5

I work delivery and every time I get an order for the store I might as well automatically cancel it because these people are the worst. They saw me several times no one‘s doing anything they’re laughing or walking around joking instead of making this establishment some money I waited 10+ minutes they saw me several times we weren’t doing very much of anything and didn’t come to the door.  UPDATE: tonight the bags were at the window to pick up for delivery from the moment I arrived I had an employee walk right by me completely ignore me and go to the back mind you drive thru was empty and they were over staffed it seems. I placed an order for drive thru and no one greeted me at the speaker at all so I had to drive up to the window where I waited another 20 minutes absolutely outrageous

Wouldn't go after dark, too many homeless aggressively patrolling the drive through line and pacing around in the dark. I paid for my order at 1:40am and was told to pull up waiting for fresh fries, I waited till 3:10 am and finally walked up to the window... Every single employee was clueless but seemed to still find my order. Sitting in a warmer. Replaced the fries in it and served it to me, fries were the only edible thing I got on a $30 order. Absolutely abismal, this location needs either flattened or a serious staff retraining.

Would be easier to talk to drive through if they didn't have music playing, and would be nice if the guy that handed me my soda could pull his pants up so I don't have to  at his underwear! On a positive, they got my order right today. That was a pleasant surprise.

I spent my very last $7 here, and bought food on the app. They gave my food to someone else. Than when I tried to talk to the manager he ignored me. Eventually he told me since it's a mobile order I have to contact customer service. Except when I Google McDonald's customer service there's no phone number. I looked in the app and they don't list it there either.

Waiting on fries I never got! Waiting more than 30 minutes for them! Ordered through mobile app wasted points and time! Usually never come here because of the delays but today since it was just fries! And still! Their service is really bad!Food: 1/5

Not my first bad review. This time I go for breakfast & there's a crackhead by the drive thru asking for money & a crackhead at the door asking for money. Besides that, I ordered and had no idea what my total was because no one told me and it didn't pop up. No big deal.. I pay & they tell me there's no receipt today. I still don't know my total so I asked. Then I get my food with the famous no speaking.  I check the bags were good. NOT! when I get home to eat my sandwiches aren't what I asked for & I don't even know if I paid extra for what I wanted because I didn't get a receipt! God I hate this McDonald's.

everytime i order from this mcdonalds they never fail to mess up. today was an uber eats order. i ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 medium fries. i got the sandwiches and a sweet tea. last time they messed up it was my daughters cheeseburger. and that was in the drive thru. they seriously should work on their management and employees. it isnt that hard to get things right. ive worked at 3 mcdonalds. and the way this one messes up, i would never order from here again! very unprofessional.

Every time I come here, it’s a shot in the dark. My order is always messed up, or an item or two are missing. Food is always cold by the time I get it because it’s been 30-40 minutes by the time you get it. How do y’all forget bacon on a bacon quarter pounder… everytime I order it?Food: 1/5

Often slow service, dirty lobby and out of certain things. Order is often wrong or cold. I have ordered online and feel like they take advantage, As the food is delivered and the customer isn't there in person to complain about it. I ordered a mocha in drive thru and saw that they made it wrong. I told them this before they handed to me and handed to me anyway. I handed it back and said it was made wrong. I described how it's supposed to be made and said I was wrong and that I don't know how the coffee I order practically every day is supposed to be made. I'm done.
