The boba is very good. I got a brown sugar milk tea with a pistachio mochi donut, and my friend got winter melon tea. We each liked all three items. You have to order from a kiosk; I didn’t see a register and the worker didn’t look at us, just called our name when the order was ready. They have a nice seating area with cute pillows. Some of the areas are a bit industrial or grimy looking, and there was a loud beeping coming from the back that was maybe related to orders coming in. There weren’t example pictures of everything or a case of food, so it was hard to know what snack to get. I got the donut because there was a deal. Overall, I’ve gone a couple times and I’ll go again because the boba is good and it’s a convenient location for me, but I would probably take the drink somewhere else once I have it. I hope to try some of their more unique menu items in the future.

MuMu Tea, conveniently located near U of M East Bank, is a cozy haven for tea lovers. Their wide selection of teas and matching desserts is impressive. The ordering process is streamlined with easy-to-use kiosks. A welcoming atmosphere and well-chosen music make it a must-visit.  Parking: I’ve been here a couple of times. They only have paid street parking. At times it’s all full with no other place to park. Today a Tuesday at 2:30pm, there was plenty of paid street parking in front of the establishment.

First I have to acknowledge that this is the best boba milk tea I’ve had in the twin cities. It’s also very reasonably priced compared to other places. But the reason for the low score is the service. If you’re going there, be prepared to wait a LONG time. They usually only  have 1 person working at a time, even during peak hours. With the online orders coming in and walk ins, it takes forever to get your drink. On average I wait 10 minutes for a simple milk tea. I’ve been coming back because it’s so good, but will be going less and less because I just don’t have the time to wait. I’ve provided them feedback on this, but unfortunately haven’t seen much improvement. If more people were working it would be a lot better.

The wheel cake is a scam.  The skin is not wheel cake but sponge cake and not a good one.  The salty yolk is no yolk but some yellow oil wetting the cake.  You can check out the picture and compare it with the picture on their add.  Even the size is only a half.  They don't worth $3.75, maybe $1.75 at top.

Got the mixed berry four season drink but didn't get the color apparently. Still tasty and the pearls were well cooked.Food: 5/5

[Updated] It's still taste pretty good. Purple Rice Milktea, Sesame Milktea, and Roasted Halzelnut are my favourite. ------------------------------------------ The staff is so nice and friendly. I usually get the Roasted Hazelnut Milktea w Cheese Foam and 50% sugar. My husband always get Purple Rice Milktea. Also, you should try the wheel cake because they are really good.

I've been a regular customer for many years now and everything has been awesome and consistent. Unfortunately, when I got my order today, my drink was flavorless and my wheel cake was dry as a desert. On top of that, they changed their straws too. I got this funky looking mini 3 straw. What is going on Mumu tea??? How am I supposed to drink from that? I guess I won't be coming back until they improve. I'll go somewhere else.

An impressive selection of outstanding teas! I appreciated the ability to customize the sugar content. The fruit tea was truly exceptional! Complementing it with a delightful milk cake made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable!Food: 5/5
