Eventhough it's a pretty busy place, our order was taken in a fast and efficient manner, but from then we had to see costumer after costumer, every single one had come after us get their order, was ours so complex?? I guess we'll never know why it never got to the lovely man actually preparing the coffee, we came up to him and he kindly apologized for the screw-up and got our coffee, though mine was still missing one extra ingredient but seeing him so frazzled I decided to just skip going up to him again, eventhough it had cost extra. A one time thing? Maybe, but this my honest review. BTW the coffee itself was great.

This place is really bad and expensive. Took us more than 10 minutes to order. No quality whatsoever! The coffee is horrible! Comes in a paper cup!!! Pastries have no quality!!! Go to Rosetta Bakery instead, much better choice!
