Went for breakfast. Ordered online and waited almost 20 mins to get my food. Finally got it... get to work and they forgot my hashbrown. Which is why I even went in the first place. Then I drove back...let them know. They replaced it with no apology what so ever. Not to mention the ice tea taste like week old fermented tea. Do better mcdonalds. Your workers want $20/hr but can't get a simple order correct? Give me a break.
Today, on my way to work, I decided to place a mobile order simple baccon biscuit sandwich and a large macchiato. The sandwich was ok just that the Baccon was a bit crispy, but I can deal with that it was the macchiato that had me frustrated. Not only did they ask me to move to the last window, and I waited for 5 minutes to get the macchiato without an explanation or approximation of wait time. Once I got the macchiato, it was cold and tasted, disgusting no flavor, just cold water with creamer. I understand that machines break down, so I would rather had them told me that they would give me my money back or choose another item, not just had me wait and give me this nasty macchiato.

This inflation is ridiculous! $5.99 per cheeseburger! I purchased two of them after work. I asked for no onions, and I received my cheeseburgers plain.. just meat, cheese and bread.. not even ketchup and/or mustard.. with a $2.00 soda and taxes I spent around $15.00..
I ordered two happy meals, and one was wrong chicken nuggets instead of a hamburger, luckily my kids both love chicken nuggets. However this level of inattention to service and quality is indicative of the overall quality of the food and service. The price for what is provided is no longer what I consider a value, especially compared with other fast food chains.
Time to get your drive thru menu screen fixed. It's been like that for more than a year now and you can't see your order.
As a former employee form this place I can say management is terrible on how they illegally change the amount of hours you clocked in so they can pay you less. Night Shift makes you take your lunch 30 minutes into you shift so you don’t have to be on break the rest of the night. It’s just so bad that they think they can manipulate kids into doing this. As a customer. Management tries the hardest to please you. As long as your not someone who is screaming they will help you. And make sure to get your order right.

DO NOT COME HERE SUNDAY MORNINGS THROUGH DRIVE THRU! It’s like waiting in line for Disneyland Parking! At least 30 mins!
