30.00 for food you would think it would be eatable right? The food was burnt and I tried hard to find the meat in my taco, but it just was there and they won't answer the phone. Worst food I've had in a while!Food: 1/5
This particular Taco Bell employees care more about conversations with their party life than assisting customers "HOW SAD" and rude. Service with an attitude, plus the guy the guy that works drive thru and the counter omg constantly joking around with customers food as they walk in, not funny .

I always get a consistent experience from this place the food is always well prepared with ingredients, cheese,meat, etc. And they aren't stingy with condiments.Food: 5/5
I asked for the chicken chalupa combo and I got home and bit into a beef chalupa so expensive for food I don't want at all this kind of thing usually turns me off to a place for a long time I wish they cared a bit more

My local taco bell has been beautifully renovated and has more attractive appeal! The food is still great and so are the workers! They got a nice phone plug in charging station inside now. Just make sure u have your power cable! I love taco bell!
RUDE service, even from the manager. As soon as I walked in the 3 employees looked at me a rolled their eyes. I get it I’ve worked in a fast food place so I understand being busy and backed up. However at least tell me “we’ll be right with you” but no I stood there for 10 minutes, tried to order on the self order tablet, it didn’t work. I then said “excuse me are you taking orders” they looked at each other and said nothing, I gave up and left! Don’t work in customer service if you can’t provide decent service.
There was a long line at the drive-thru and once we were waiting at the speaker to place our order, no one spoke to us to take our order for the long while we were there. So we assumed the speaker wasn’t working and moved forward in line. Later in line we heard someone take the order of the car behind us. Once we reached the window we hoped to make our order there and explained that no one took our order. However the employee claimed that we probably didn’t hear her and that she couldn’t take our order because there were cars waiting behind us. That’s funny because there’s a sign that says if you have hearing issues, pull up to the window for assistance. The lady even laughed when we said our windows were open and did not hear anything. Don’t waste your time at this Taco Bell. Worst customer service.
I went to this location for my lunch since it was nearby, the drive thru is packed so I go inside to order. I’m waiting in line to be served. I understand that it’s busy and it’s going to take a while to get to me, so I wait. There’s a worker with short blonde/brownish hair with glasses just looking at me and not saying anything. I’m standing waiting while he just keeps watching me. I decided to just get out of the line and order on the screens they have inside. As soon as I walk out of line, the guest behind me walks up and he walks up to her right away. Within 10 seconds while I waited over 15 minutes in line.
