Great coffees at a reasonable price. Open early on a Sunday...bonus points.  Right next to the west bound on ramp.  Sweet smile and a warm greeting got the day  started  right.Food: 5/5

Usually pretty happy with this Mcdonalds but they fell short this time. Fries were not fresh and barely salted and the burger was poorly wrapped. More disappointed about the fries. They were fairly busy so not getting piping hot “salted” fries was baffling. Also, McDonald’s has my favorite fries so this was a heartbreaking experience. I’ll go back again and hopefully they measure up. They usually are good

The workers are over it. Getting yelled at by soccer moms, grumpy contractors and elderly folk takes it's toll. So if you're really desperate and you stop by. Don't be an a-hole. They may forget the extra pickles. You'll live!Food: 1/5

Very friendly staff and quick service. Even when one of our kids had an accident in the play area, they were very kind and didn't make the child or the adult feel bad. I appreciate their sensitivity and their kindness to our kids :

Very disappointed today. Quickly went through drive thru on the way out of town. Wasn’t able to turn around when we discovered we had been served burned food. English muffins on our Egg McMuffins were charred black.  Quite sad an employee thought this was appropriate to send out.

You simply have the best crew and management in the entire Spokane area. Your crew needs to go teach Spokane Valley crew at Sullivan and University how to take orders and speed up. Both of the valley locations have double drive thru it literally takes me waiting about 5 mins or more for someone to say welcome to McDonald's how can I help you. Am constantly have to say hello numerous times. Not at liberty lake branch. I pul up and boom order is taken and your service is fast.. Just sad that I I have to drive out of my way to go to Liberty lake for quick and good service.. Liberty Lake - You do have the best crew, and the most friendly and kind service.. 5 Stars All Around...

They are rude and disgusting human beings. The service is disgusting and the food is horrible. They’re racist and shouldn’t work in these establishments if they don’t want to.

I just want to say Kristen is amazing!!! she was very welcoming and even tho you guys were super busy she made the time to talk with us and make us laugh while filling our order. And let me tell you her ice cream skills are on point!! don't laugh bc its a real struggle.  every time I order a small they made it a 3 luck its gone or the best one was when it came out sideways not even joking or i get a large and it comes out to be what a small should be or its sooo big im like come on. she made me the perfect sized didn't melt all down my hand cone. and my bf order which is always customized came out right and hott!! so thank you Kristen you're the best! hope I spelt your name right from one Crysten to another Kristen!! you should diffently advance her or give her a raise. also the guy who is tall brown curly hair he is about 6ft 2 I forgot his name but shoutout to you as well!!

It seems like every time I take the boys drive thru they forget something.how do you forget nuggets in a happy meal I don't know we went in one time and it took awhile there went to drive through ordered a mcgrib and guess what we got chicken nuggets never againFood: 1/5

They didn’t kick me out of their drive-through when I went through on my bike, so some definite points there. But the staff got my order wrong and I didn’t get free food or a discount so only four stars today
