Halal Halal Halal very tasty freshly made Mexican food served here in this great location near by to Mc Donalds and KFC on the Uxbridge road , it’s just around the corner from the train station 2 min walk next to Starbucks , across the road from the Vue cinema and Weatherspoon Pub it’s well worth a look.
I regularly eat at Taco Bell however at this branch the experience was different. The customer service was excellent, the tables were spotless & the restaurant was clean, I would give 5 stars for that but I had a problem with the food here. The fries & drink were good but the taco was poorly made, I ordered a beef taco and the quality of the beef was not good, it gave me food poisoning.
It's midnight on a Saturday and we've just come in and ordered. Our order number is 797 and the current number on the board is 759. There aren't enough staff and the place is an absolute tip. You couldn't dine in if you wanted to. Unfortunately, this is the same as my local Taco Bell so it seems to be a common problem. How hard is it to have one member of staff constantly tending to the seating area whilst having sufficient numbers to process orders? As always, Deliveroo and Uber Eats riders are flying in and out and getting into conflict with staff over waiting times. Disappointing all round. Hope the food is decent quality...
I go here a couple of times a month. Today I ordered 4 quesadilla cravings boxes and didn’t check my order before leaving as I never usually do and today it was very busy with all the Notting hill carnival goers. I got home and found two quesadillas missing. I had guests at home so couldn’t go back straight away. I went back and the manager on duty was great asked me what happened and gave me what was missing. 5 star food and 5 star customer service. Will definitely continue going here
I stopped in here to get some lunch on a weekday break from the office. It’s in a good location just next to the green and the tube/overground. The service was quick and it was easy to order via the touchscreens, although as it was quiet I could have ordered at the counter too. The portions are relatively small but the food was nice enough. It's American fast food, so don't expect authentic Mexican cuisine.
Very dirty with all of the tables not cleared, wiped or cleaned. There were no hand sanitisers either. The one on the corner to left, hidden away was empty and didn't work. The were busy and not particularly friendly and definitely had no time to clean the place after customers left. The food wasn't bad to be fair, so would be OK to just buy the food and take it away. Shift Manager Adhitya was was the friendliest and most professional of the staff .
I've never dined at this chain before as the outlets are not prolific. Lucky me; a branch has opened locally. The restaurant was clean but to be fair, I'm not a fan of Mexican or Tex-Mex cuisine. The food was nicely presented but the flavours were typical for this cuisine. I was hoping to discover what all the hype was about. The only high point were the "churros". Traditionally they're dusted with cinnamon not a fan but these came with a chocolate dip and no cinnamon; very tasty. Well that's Taco Bell ticked off the bucket list, now to find a Wimpy for a taste of nostalgia.
We actually found the food to be very nice, but this place was incredibly filthy and gross. Food mess all over the food that hasn't been cleaned up all day, tables had dried food all over it, staff with beards preparing food with no beard nets, no one wearing hair nets or anything on their head. Service was very close.Food: 4/5
I went to have dinner with my girlfriend, we were assisted by a guy call tamoor we order and collected our food till here all was good. When we started eating we noticed this guy talking to the kitchen staff, looking at us laughing and we could hear as they were joking about how they did something to our food so we left the tray there and left. Also the restaurant was really dirty when we try to seat there was 3 tables empty but they all really dirty with food everywhere and the guy with glasses working on the floor was doing nothing about it .. Really bad experience, nothing to do with taco Bell but the staff working in there... I will never come back to this taco Bell and I do not recommend anyone to go there.
I feel ashamed a had to do this review but I had to. I and my friend Pablo waited in the queue for 40 min. After raising this to the guy at the counter twice he told me 5 more minutes. Our food came and oh Dios mío… cold tacos and no fries in my order. Plus no sauce for my Spanish churros. Never seen such bad service. I went back to the desk and he refused to refund me but asked me what could he do for me. I said get me to order right and quickly. Didn’t even say sorry, there was other people complaining also. I ate cold tacos and cold fries. Awful people never go back to that dumpster. Slow people that need new neurones, there was 5 people working in the kitchen all doing nothing. Now Pablo doesn’t want to speak to me no more. Makes me sad. McDonald’s better.
