I’m giving 5 stars so people will see this however it should be nothing. Last night I went through the drivethru and it wasn’t busy. I placed my order which was done correctly. Pulled up to the pickup window and was told they were waiting on my drink and said here is your food. I checked it all to make sure I got it all. Everything was there, however it wasn’t until later on that I discovered that my 10 piece McNugget wasn’t nuggets at all. They had put three chocolate chip cookies in a 10 piece McNugget box. I don’t know why they would do this at all since there are special bags for bakery items and if they are out of those they can put them in a small regular bag that they package your order in.

Not bad overall. Ordered this spicy nuggets meal solely and was told the total was 10$ and change, much to my chagrin after the sign was pretty straightforward on the price of $5.49. Initial order-taker was not so friendly nor helpful yet I knew when I got to the window I'd find someone rational to further discuss. Axel saved the day, This man needs a raise as he's a customer service star. He couldn't nor wouldn't argue with the "undeniable proof" as he put it and gave me the advertised price no problem. Seems like he was doing everyone's job there. Thanks, Axel.

Food was good and my burger was made special order and was quickly made. FRIES WERE HOT ... Friendly Employees and the wait was short... If YOU HAVE DIVERTICULITIS OR FALSE TEETH YOU CAN ORDER A POTATO BUN INSTEAD OF THE REGULAR SEED BUN ... I CANNOT EAT SEEDS ... HOPE THIS HELPS!

My boyfriend and I brought my 2 year old daughter here. I was worried because there isn't a play place but she honestly was entertained with the people watching. We enjoyed our visit the staff were polite and professional to the point of helpful. Noco even held the door open for us up on entry. They exchanged the toy for my daughter and were super friendly and nice. I wish ours in Auburn was like this! Will definitely visit again

This is a hit and miss kind of McDonald's even with their Management. Both times I went through the drive thru this last time I received the wrong items and when I went in to explain and show the incorrect stuff the male name tag says Management Team on it reordered my food and still got it wrong plus charged me again. I realize it's hard to maintain good help and you have some whom are very pleasant but when the Management and 2 people in the 1st window can't even follow simple instructions for a breakfast item like scrambled eggs a meat item, no pancakes and a hashbrown...well I guess that says it all. This Management team member whatever his name is could use a attitude adjustment...

Person handling the order at the window was rotten human being.  He should not be with customer service.  My husband's fries were cold so he wanted fresh ones.  All I asked of this person would you throw these away for me, then all hell broke loose.   Gave us sweet and sour sauce instead of barbecue.   Chicken nuggets old looking and dried out.  Told him from the get up the order would be wrong and I was absolutely right.  They want  $15.00 an hour and they can't get anything right!   ONE  NASTY  McDonald's in Fulton, New York!

Get my order wrong once, check. Twice, check. And third time is the charm, check. Thanks for the kind staff who couldn't even be bothered to fix the issue, and the apparent lack of any apathy on their faces. Never going to your location again.

OK we are DONE. 3 times in a row we've had a horrid experience here. 1st time waited 25 minutes for food that was cold.  10 more for hot stuff after complaint.  I don't mind waiting if it's hot and fresh. 2nd time. Hard crusty breakfast burrito, they replaced but... why?.  3rd time, yesterday, crispy chicken sandwich, wasn't crispy, it oozed grease and cold, and dark.  I complain so got new one just like it. It had been refried.  I have lived in area for 40 years and patronized this McDonald's probably thousands  of times but... we are done. Not fit for a dog.  No one ever even said"  I'm so sorry about that "  that is 1st rule of customer service.  Wendy's will be our new go to.

I liked everything besides how every time I go, my food us very sloppily put together. One bite I'll get everything then the next there's nothing. Besides that, very good!Food: 3/5

Ordered burgers at 6 p.m. Saturday at drive thru. All burgers were red in the middle and uncooked. Did not realize until we get home. When I call to tell them you were serving raw meat to your customers, they just hung up on me. Fulton McDonald's should be avoided.
