I don’t like to leave bad reviews but seriously guys I pay extra for steak and get barley any steak we have missing food drive thru guy high as hell I go to Taco Bell all the time but this was awful paid for extra meat on my Crunchwrap to and had the same problem barley any meat ! Picture is supposed to have rice sour cream cheese and EXTRA steak…. Just don’t go at night day crew is WAYYYYYYYY better
Quality is always hit or miss. You’ll also only receive half of what you order. I don’t mean half of your order, I mean literally half of the item.
Fastest service i’ve ever been to. Very kind and hard working employees that are always happy to take your order. I love how this store is open late too
This place is a joke waited for 35 min on food while waiting. Watched an employee argue with a customer for a mess up when I finally got my food it was wrong. When I took it back, they tried to charge me to make it the way it was ordered. Would not recommend.Food: 1/5
I can't even count how many times I have been through the drive through and ordered "add this" or " extra that" and not gotten it* it's almost like you have to take your order and dissect it as you sit at the window to ensure you've gotten what you've paid for. The. Young lady at the window is always very friendly but I think the employees preparing the food just don't care or can't read a order ticket. It's cheap so I'll continue to done here I'll just make a point of asking ten times for what I want ! God people GET IT TOGETHER !!!!!!
It's still pretty good. Portion were just about right. They usually don't get skimpy on their ingredients. Employees were curious and helpful. Everyone was busy working together.

I went through the Drive through tonight and ordered a number six and nachos fries box. My number six everything I just been throwing on their chicken was on one side and lettuce was on the other the tomatoes were spread out besides the fact I wasn’t supposed to have chicken in my Chalupa I was supposed to have beef and both of them have chicken. The girl who was at the window handed me my drinks I said thank you she didn’t say anything but turned around and talk to an employee she then handed me my bag of foodAnd then just turned around and walked away. I sat there confused wondering if that was all of my food or not so I waited for her to come back to the window and asked her if that was all of my food. She had the audacity to look at me like I was crazy and say yeah that’s all your food she also didn’t give me a receipt. I tried to call them back once I got home to let them know that they gave me two chicken Chalupa’s instead of beef but they did not answer the phone. I am 100% dissatisfied with my visit to Taco Bell On Adlai Stevenson. It’s sad, the girl at the window was actually kind of pretty. Too bad her prettiness stops under the first couple layers of skin.
I wanted to order from the website. The website was down so I went to the drive thru since it was my only option late at night. I explained to the order taker the website was down and wanted to order just one item. I was told no. I worked in food service and know you can bend the rules even slightly to help a customer out. Turns out this wasn't the case tonight. Awful service with awful food hardly deserves a star. I went with a cheesy gordita crunch with black beans. The thing was mostly taco shell with hardly any toppings and the smallest amount of beans. Anywhere is better than this place when you're on a budget.
Food is made well and order is accurate most of the time!Food: 5/5
