One of, if not, the trashiest McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune of dining at. Placed and paid for my order through the app meanwhile the cashier glared at me when he asked to take my order and I told him I did through the app. When I got my order, they gave me a small coffee even though I ordered a medium. Asked that same cashier and he insisted that was a medium. The McMuffins were trash too. Sloppily made and funny tasting. Cherry on top? All available tables were dirty and it's not like they were busy or short staffed. Definitely never coming back here.
Terrible services I understand that there is lack of staff but they were not prepared to work under stress at all. A employee walked out saying they aren’t working there and then the mashine i used didn’t print a receipt they also didn’t call your name or number when your order was finished so you had to look on your own also they forgot salt in my fries. I tried asking for straws took me 20 minutes and I didn’t even get them!!!! There was no cashier working for 20 minutes and then they told us we had to order it on the machine. Did I mention my fries were STALE and UNSALTED very disappointed on what happened and I hope they get more staff soon and get some more training to know what to do under stress or ways they can improve how to get simple things like straws.
17 minute wait time to get my food. The bread on my chicken sandwich was burned. Chicken was very dry fries were cold soda machine still doesn't work going on three and a half months. Horrible service
fast service good hotcakes maybe i like them because they remind me of tortillas. also got a mcgriddle. i requested the grape jam because another location didn't give me jam and maybe it's only if you request? breakfast items are prolly my favorite part of their menu. this location and not sure if it's all of them or just some does not serve breakfast all day. anyways despite being busy, i got my order fast and well made!
The dining room was messing. There wasn't one clean table. It's right across from Arroyo High. Several teenagers there being very loud and allowed to be disruptive and sit at the tables and make out! There were several mistakes with my order. Also, it so was darn hot and when we asked an employee to turn on the air he said it hasn't worked in Months! Poor employees working in the kitchen in this heat with no air conditioning! Food tasted good. I might go through their drive thru next time but we definitely check my order before I drive away.
During this hot weather, my family and I love to dine in at McDonald's. Food is great and service is on time. Seats are comfy and it's air conditioned inside. People there are friendly too.
2nd time Uber eats. Completely wrong order both times! Unfortunately this is the only McDonald’s near my house that delivers with Uber eats. This is the worst McDonald ever. I called and ask if they were a franchise or corporate. Young lady said Franchise and I asked for a Manager. Clicked my phone and that’s it. I do hope the owner sees this review because this is the worst run McDonald I’ve ever seen!!
Edited 12/16/22: Receive correct food order quickly, service people are nice, the area under the order window gets cleaned. Things got better. Past experience: sandwiches missing patty/cheese/egg, electronic display broken and not viewable, order taker cannot hear orders over the speaker or customer cannot hear person over the speaker, doors not opening in the morning for the breakfast crowd to enter and place orders, area under the order window dirty with dropped condiments/drinks/foods
ITS ALWAYS A BIG LINE BUT THEY ARE QUICK WITH THE ORDERS. BUT THEY DO A GREAT JOB WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVERYTHINGFood: 5/5
Some of the employees are very rude. Some also like to tke their time passing out orders.Food: 4/5
