We had a great breakfast experience at this location.  Welcoming staff and our food was perfectly prepared.  Nicely maintained restaurant.

So got a craving for some fries and a couple McDoubles done up differently. Man at the window knew what he was doing and asked for a second while hitting all the buttons for the sandwiches I wanted. Great communication and accuracy by him on all accounts! Do your best to keep this man. I wait in line for a bit. It's rush and I understand. Received my order after a few Jeopardy Jingles. Come home to the picture down below. Now I'm not angry, as the gentleman in the window saved a star. I'm not asking for anything personally nor do I expect anything to actually happen.  All I ask is give your people in the back some love! While I worked here, we'd be lucky to get 3 days of hands on training before getting stuck with one other person of similar skill until closing if not by ourselves entirely &gt;during rush&lt;. in fact I'd be surprised if there were more than 5 people working in the entire store tonight. 2 per window, 1 on bagging and fries and 2 in the back making sandwiches. One of which in the back, by the time I've posted this, is getting started on dishes.  Just know I feel you but this isn't acceptable. Put the cheese in between the patties please!

I was in the drive-through window for one item.  No one behind me.  They asked me to drive up and wait close to the door.  I told them, I wanted to wait near the window to pick up my order.  I got upset when the third people tried to tell me the same thing  I tell them, no.  Yet they sent four guys trying to intimidate me.  All this time no one behind me.  They give me fries that have salt.  taste raw--- no fried long enough that was reason, I was waited.  They were more concern about themselves, than providing a good customer services.

I don't know how old this sandwich was, but the sliver of cheese it had dissolved into the bread. Didn't even attempt to eat itFood: 1/5

Went with my Dad. The person who waited on us was extremely courteous and polite! We got the chicken McNuggets and they dropped them fresh. The French Fries were also dropped fresh! They were quite good and tasty. They gave us the right amount of sauce. Usually when I get McNuggets at my regular McDonald's they usually give you only one sauce. If I'm in the area I'll definitely stop in again... The atmosphere is rather plain but comfortable and very clean!

Ordered fillet o fish & large fry, during my lunch break. Hours later get extreme nausea and puke. Only thing I had eaten today , so either the fish was old and bad or the tarter sauce or fries were old. Overall service was great staff wise, but questioning why I got food poisoning since I never get sick after eating fast food…..

"Chicken sandwich" can't be classified as a sandwich if its 70% bread and one tiny piece of chicken.  This is consistently the worst location in the Kettering area.  Food is shameful / dry / old.

Usually this drive Thru is quick. Tonight the B team is stuck working NYE and it took 25 minutes with very few cars. My kid seemed happy meal but I tasted a nugget and it was fairly unfresh. I got a quarter pounder with cheese. Got some reason they slathered it in Mayo. Also it was cold and the burger seems old. I’m afraid to even bother eating it.

If you ordered a 10 piece nugget meal but actually were hoping they messed up and just gave you a McDouble with sweet and sour sauce instead. Then look no further. This is the place for you.

Not quite sure why it's called fast food when you wait 15 minutes to get stale food. This location used to be so good, but here lately the quality and speed has significantly went down hill. All I can assume is they they just don't care to do better and mcdonalds just really doesn't care about the customers.
