S L O W.  Walked in, no one was in line, order a cup of ice cream, waited over 5 minutes, no one ordered inside after me, walked back over to the cashier that took my order and asked if I could have the ice cream I purchased.  She looked at me.  No response.  Young man heard me, talked to me, made the ice cream and handed it to me in a friendly professional way.  He was hustling, working hard and doing all the right things.  He earned the extra stars.  The ice cream was good by the way.

Rude customer service. Ordering was a nightmare considering your employee didn’t even know the menu or that you offer a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal had to argue about something that is very clearly on the menu. Ordered two adult happy meals got none. No one said they were out nothing. Big Mac bun was pointless considering they put both Pattie’s on the top half bottom consisted of two dry empty buns. That was a first. McDouble was so sloppy it was almost impossible to handle eating. Nuggets were cold and dry along with the soggy cold fries. Coke was flat and watered down? How. LITERALLY I hope people avoid this place like the plague if you just want a simple meal. Wasn’t even busy and it was 3 o’clock in the afternoon so I’m not sure why it was that big of mess up. Never had this bad of an experience from a McDonald’s.

I would say it's the worst McDonald's in the area, but it's in third place just below the other two this franchisee owns. The service has definitely improved. However, the cleanliness has not.Food: 2/5

The service was great. My fries were super salty. I couldn't even eat them. I hurried up and took my son's away too. You guys have to get a handle on that. It happens way too often.Food: 3/5

Drive through volume was turned so low I couldn't hear anything.  I was frustrated because I couldn't understand a word he said, except I think he said they still only have dinner.  I asked him to turn up the volume and he got rude and disrespectful.   I was then rude and disrespectful back!  This is coming from the manager himself, not an employee.  I'd probably feel bad for sounding frustrated at all initially if it was an employee, because it's not their fault.  But treat people with some respect if you're going to run a store.

Ordered a Burger with no onion, received a Burger with The Onion scraped off and hair on it and the cheese in the wrapper not on the Burger. Called and spoke to the manager and told them the type of food that they are allowing out of their window. Very disturbing the Burger should have been thrown away.Food: 1/5

I just had a coworker bring me a double cheeseburger and fries from this location. Normally this is one of the better ones I’ve had. I went to take the pickles off my sandwich, it looks like someone took a bite of one of the patties and then put it on my sandwich. The fries are old and taste like they were used in old grease. Very dissatisfied with my meal today.

Slow, rude, with one functional adult on site trying their best. Tables dirty, condiments poorly stocked, gross bathroom.Food: 2/5

Ordered just a double cheeseburger and a large ice water. Drive through line went very fast. Paid and went to 2nd window and they asked me to pull forward. Watched like 6 cars go through the second window and get their food no problem in a 10 minute time frame until they finally got me my food. Terrible customer service.
