The lady at the drive thru was not welcoming, and impatient. After waiting less than a minute, my burger was re-heated in the microwave leaving the bun hard. Don’t go here late at night the food and service is rushed and not worth the money.
I come here every morning before work and this McDonald’s is the fastest and they never mess up your order and there iced coffee is on point it is the only McDonald’s that makes ice coffee really good! The coffee is always strong and creamed and sweeten perfectly. No watery coffee here.!
Whoever was working drive thru on 11/24/2022 at 3:30 am needs a raise! They were wonderful, super nice and patient. Helpful and my food came out perfect and hot and my chx sandwich was juicy! Best 3am McDonald's experience ever, anywhere. Thank you. And hope you all have a happy holiday.
To the lady who put ice cream in the freezer when she knew the machines were going to go down for cleaning and gave me a McFlurry, I salute you, you deserve a raise. I have issues everything I come here worse place to eat everything is always wrong! The employees are rude as hell and never make anything right. The manager have attitudes and give nothing but excuses. Elena Jackson has the worst attitude of them all! My order had nothing to do with her but she felt the need to have a slick mouth and say things I'd rather not repeat. She should not have a job with this company! I am a General manager and I would have her terminated for the sake of the company.
Just a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE mcdonald's. They had me wait at the 3rd window for 2 simple sandwiches for 20 Minutes AND still didn’t do the order! Had to go in and they still wasn’t making it! Like what in the world is wrong with them. I watched as person after person got big bags and I only ordered 2 simple sandwiches! Heard the manager yell twice for them to do the order and they just wouldn’t! Like ?????Never again, just not worth it!
Best experience I have had at a McDonald's in a long time. The staff was pleasant, helpful and quick with their service. The food was ready right away and was nice and hot, too. Kudos to this McDonald's!!Food: 5/5
The staff is the greatest and I mean that, but the quality of McDonald's just is not the same. The only thing that I can really even say still can give me the same taste when it's not old, or cold is the fries. The toys are nice!Food: 1/5
5 people standing around literally not moving. 1 is sniffling and cleaning her snot on her sleeve no glove or mask, 1 coughing and not covering mouth also no mask. I DO NOT recommend eating here!Food: 1/5
Just wow. This was a great McDonalds location and now it is just horrible. I went at lunch to eat inside. There was no one at all at the counter. I went to kiosk after kiosk to try and place an order - not sure what the deal is here - but I could not get them to work. Finally, kiosk number four responded - or did it? It seemed like it was on life support. I placed an order took longer than if there were a real person, the kiosk says to take a number and they will bring it out - yeah no. Someone calls an order number that you were supposed to notice on the screen. No receipt because the receipt printer was not working, so you really have to remember the number on the screen. I literally had zero interaction with an employee at this store. Horrible. If this is the future of McD's then it's going to end poorly.
