Love Love Love this place. I don't leave FL without a trip here for some Lalo-rice-gravy-plantains and salad. We always dine in and grab a soda and enjoy our food.

I went to this location for dinner. The sauces were not even half way full The lady in red shirt and black bonnet it looks like she’s the manager.  she was sooo rude, and whenever you ask her for something she gives an attitude and turns her back. We asked twice for our chicken to be well done. when we got it was almost raw, and I got food poisoning from it.

It's not the first time this has happened to me, I don't even know what they're doing but you can't order online, they send you whatever they want, you ask for a large order and they send you a small one, you ask for rice and they send you mac and cheese. horrible service and the employee who made my order claims to be #41

I must say, I usually eat at pollo tropical and their amazing. This specific location was not the same. The customer service was below average and the food was not even fresh. We waited 15 minutes and still got food that was not fresh! Hopefully next time it is better!

This is the closest location to my home but I will go out of my way to make it to the next location before this one. The staff here is dismissive and aloof each time I go here. There’s always one thing or the other out of stock. But this time, I ordered a vegetarian tropichop bowl. The cashier rung it up as a chicken bowl. Upon reviewing my receipt I informed the cashier that I did not want chicken specifically noting that I’m a vegetarian. The cashier stated that the items were the same price. I reiterated that I didn’t want the chicken. It wasn’t about the price. Lo and behold when I get home there’s chicken on my “vegetarian” bowl. The customer service does not match the quality of the food.

My friends tease me because I am Cuban and have never been to Pollo Tropical. This afternoon my friends and I traveled to Adventure Island. On the way home we stopped into PT.. The food was great. I had the TropiChop. Good stuff . The best though was Julie. Julie really knows her menu and helped me decide what to order. The restaurant was busy and she handled the line like a pro. Too bad there's not more just like her around! Thanks Julie!

Lady in the red shirt and bonnet was extremely rude did not give us forks and when she was asked gave attitude. Also messed up two of the three orders two rice bowls were supposed to have chicken and both of them just had rice but wait there more there was bleach by the cups and drink Machine

The food was delicious, very well seasoned. What I dislike is that my beans was missing and the plantains that cost damn near $5 was fried in old, dirty oil unacceptable.

Let’s start this review on a good note. The taste of the food was good, but dry and over cooked. Now for the rest. I went for the ribs and they did have any. I thought it was early enough in the day, but I was wrong. The restaurant it’s self was dirty and run down on the inside. They did not have enough sweet tea made. I would not recommend coming to this location to anyone.

Every time I’ve driven by the drive through is closed prematurely and chairs put up. Workers argue amongst themselves in front of customers and take forever to serve food. Just drove by at 7pm and doors were locked with workers sitting inside on their phones. Understand it’s a fast food restaurant but even McDonald’s has better service than this location.
