I had a good experience at McDonald's. For $5.44, the portion size was impressive. The French fries were a standout—crispy, saltier, and thinner than usual, which I preferred over the thicker ones. The juice came in a generous size, and the burger was perfectly made. The chicken nuggets were tasty as well. I believe it was a Happy Meal, and the service was incredibly fast. While the atmosphere could have been better, the overall meal was satisfying and great value for the price.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of a cleaning staff member at your restaurant. Today, while I was on the second floor of the establishment, I witnessed a shocking violation. The cleaning lady, without regard for the people present, blocked the passage to the second floor with barriers. People who were eating and resting at that time were trapped without the possibility of leaving.  This act not only created an emergency situation but could have led to serious consequences. In case of an emergency, evacuation would have been impossible. After setting up the barriers, the cleaning lady left, leaving people in a difficult situation.  I demand the immediate dismissal of this employee. Such behavior is unacceptable and does not meet safety standards. Please review the surveillance cameras and take appropriate action. I believe that such actions are unacceptable, and employees who behave this way should not work in your establishment.

First off I entered and when I asked for my food the lady at the counter shouted "can you say that again!" About 5 times I got my burger and i was absolutely appaled when I saw the patty was in halves the cheese was like a rock it was so slimy but hard at the same  time I also asked for no cheese as I am lactose intolerant sauce on burger had bubbles in it looked like it was carbonated also only 4 pieces of lettuce fries and coke were fine but burger is atrocious do not recommend this mcdonalds go somewhere else

This location is pretty terrible. I don't say thud that often about a restaurant, especially a chain, but this place is horrible. The service is bad, the staff doesn't care and they always seem to not want to open on time.  Like a lot of folks, I work early in the mornings so I would stop by to get coffee. They never seem to want to open when they are supposed to. There would be people outside who have placed orders, but wouldn't be able to get in because they have the doors locked or the security wouldn't let people in.  I don't exactly know what time they are supposed to open because it changes all the time. I guess it depends if they feel good or lazy. You can definitely see the staff sitting in the dining room and it would be 5:30am, but the doors are locked. Sometimes they open at 5am, sometimes 5:15am, sometimes 5:30am and on a few occasions at 6am.  One time I walked in at 5:15am. The doors were unlocked and security didn't stop me. When I walked up to the counter and asked if they were open, the girl standing at the counter said no. I asked what time they would open and she just stood there and couldn't tell me.  It's such a circus in the morning. Someone or the corporate should open another McDonalds nearby and put this location out of business. The second floor rarely open.  Such a mess.

I've eaten in McDonalds all over the world and, frankly, for a macdo in downtown New York, the capital of McDonalds, I was expecting a was effect. Decu! Lousy service, super dirty restaurant, flattened burgers served lukewarm... horrible!Food: 1/5

Ordered a kids meal and they wanted extra  money for milk instead of soda. Picked the soda only to leave and realized I was given water. They leave the drinks sitting out in advance. Food was cold.Food: 1/5

I've been a regular customer at this coffee shop for over a year now, and I've always had a great experience. The coffee is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I've also tried the food, and it's all been amazing. My favorite is the avocado toast. It's so good, I could eat it every day.  The coffee shop is also very clean and well-maintained. The staff is always working hard to keep it looking its best. I've never seen a coffee shop that's so clean.  Overall, I'm very happy with this coffee shop. It's my favorite place to go for coffee and food. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great coffee shop.

they forgot my burger I only ordered a burger and fries; I got it when I asked though so all good  the burger was made well with my customizations  Sadly, the fries were soggy and wasn’t as good as other locations  Lots of digital ordering screens, which is nice. The delivery and pick up section was convenient too.

Very good McDonald’s. Super busy but super fast service. American McDonald’s what can I say.  They didn’t have the mcflurrry I wanted and the change machine ate my money. No clear instructions how to use.Food: 5/5

We talk about fast food here so the food is what it is but the place is  very well maintained. It's clean and kind of cozy. No long wait time which is the point of fast food. Very frequented since it's on Broadway in Fidi. I go with my kids and we enjoy eating in.
