How can one mess up on a black coffee (hazelnut) is beyond me. Guy put way too much hazelnut flavor. I stopped to get coffee on my way to Florida. Left an awful after taste in my mouth. I wish I had stopped at a gas station instead.

Went to the drive-thru, the lady who took my order, window #1, was very courteous. The male employee who was at window #2 told me to park in the #1 spot for pick-up and he would be out with my order. There was already a customer parked just ahead of the line waiting on and order, I pulled over to the designated spot, and waited.... and waited... and waited, then a truck pulled beside me in space #2 for pick-up, so the Customer who was there before I was, is till waiting, I'm still waiting and the truck next to me is now waiting..... I waited 24 minutes, was about to go inside when the guy comes out, delivers an order to the Customer who was already there, then delivers an order to the truck that arrived after I did, then brought me my order... he had waited for the last order to be ready before bringing any of the orders out. I waited 24 minutes..... and then to top it off... not one napkin was in the bag... poor, poor, customer service

Couldn't get the food. Waited in line, after ordering, for another 10 minutes trying to get a double cheeseburger combo and 20 piece McNugget. Fries wack. Burger and Nuggets good. Dude at the window forgot the straw and napkins, so make sure to ask for em if you need them.

Sorry excuse of a place that serves "slow" fast food, ice cream machine down EVERY night after 8:00pm, lobby closes at 9:00pm although the door says open 24/7, does not offer half the items on the menu after 10:00pm, drive through is the slowest drive through I've ever experienced belive me I've dealt with it for years it's pathetic. Multiple cars back up in the drive through simply because they get tired of waiting 25 minutes for a $6 meal on the way home from a long day of work. Employees are very unprofessional and unorganized, tables always filthy, bathrooms absolutely disgusting, save your self the hassle and go to the other McDonald's on Norman Dr and West Hill Ave. Atleast they don't turn you away when you walk in. "Not open 24/7"
