September 30 10:15. 40 minutes standing in line during breakfast. Almost missed breakfast because service is so slow. My wife had to wait an extra 10 minutes for her coffee. Plus I never was given a receipt. Then when I finally got my food its all cold. Management should be fired. I've worked in food for 12 years, this place is piss poor. I will also be writing corporate offices.

There was only one ordering station and a lot of customers. We wanted salad but they didn't have any in stock. The employees were nice and the restaurant was clean.

I went here before work, something I rarely do, and ordered. I got to the window after waiting a good ten minutes only for them to tell me that they were only accepting cash. They should have mentioned this when I ordered initially so I had time to go somewhere else but instead made me wait just to tell me i needed cash.

Great food horrible customer service from manager on duty. I simply informed her the root beer was out and I was told "well I don't know what to tell you it's just not working then". She could have simply taken my cup and filled it behind the counter but didn't even offer.

Came in at lunch time and it was terrible. Everyone was running around behind the counter with no direction. Only one register was open and that was all messed up. Took forever to get our food and then it was wrong. I had to come up to the counter 2 times to get it right. Went into the dining room and almost every table was dirty and sticky. We had to wipe off the table to be able to sit down even. While I was standing there waiting 3 other people compIained about the wrong food also at the counter. There appeared to be 2 managers behind the counter and when I asked to talk to the one lady she informed me that she wasnt from this store and was just filling in. Wow what service. Won't come back to this mcdonalds again.
