We used to always order from Zeppe's because they were the only ones who delivered to us (Hambden). A few months ago I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and sausage pizza and they put huge boneless wings to use as the chicken and there were 3 huge chunks of sausage on the pizza. We called and they apologized but we were pretty much done with it. Recently I was with my friend and we decided to order a pizza at night, but the man on the phone (didn't get his name) was obviously super annoyed that we wanted to place a delivery order. We said that we couldn't pick up and asked if he could still deliver because they don't close until 10, and he gave us a long sigh and put us on hold for awhile. After looking up the address the man said he couldn't deliver because we were "out of the range" which obviously couldn't have been true unless they changed it recently. The pizza and service aren't worth paying money for.

It's a walk in pizza place you can order from too. It's ok. We don't there too much. It's just ok.

I called and ordored 3 Large 2 toppong pizzas to be deleiverrd a nursing unit st Gesuga Hospital. Was told pizza would be arriving in 45 min to a hour I called at 12;22 gave my Cc info and the Manager Allie.  I was  called at 1;05 telling me my Cc was declined and they eoul3d not be deleivering my pizzas.  I proceed to give the Manager 2 more Cc some jow all were declined.. Allie was extremely rude to me and telling me that each time she  procesded a Cc that dhe would czncel more order.  She stated I was treating her like a dog.  I czncelled the whole order anc called Capps pizza it codt me double the money but Zeppies eill not be gettinv orders from these nurses any more.  I czlled to get a corporate number and was to they are a franchise and no other nimber was available for me to call.m

I'm wishing I'd read reviews before I ordered from here. I had ordered a small pizza but couldn't even pick up a whole piece because the whole crust was so soggy. I ordered garlic on my pizza, but there was an absolutely disgusting amount. My throat was burning from it. $5.99 for 4 fried cheese wedges? Ridiculous. Nothing was worth the price. I'm usually easy to please but this was just absurd. I will never be ordering from here again.
