I stopped by here on the way to taking my son to visit college. I ordered breakfast, but they didn't give me any napkins or jelly. I understand businesses are busy during breakfast hours, but customers still need napkins and condiments.

The build your own sandwich was good and hot. I hate cold food unpess it's meant to be cold with that said although the fries weren't cold they weren't hot or fresh. Shouldn't McDonald's always have great fries? After all the M is made of "golden arches"  staff seemed nice enough in passing at the windows.

Just went through the drive-through at the McDonald’s on Highway 82 W. On 10/12 @ 3:45 pm and I used to think that the McDonald’s on Tift Avenue was the rudest and had the poorest customer service in Tifton but I am here to tell you today that is no longer true because the one on 82 has the rudest employees.  Both employees, the one that takes your money and the one that passes your food out the window were both very unfriendly and rude.  The one that handed me my milkshake stuck her arm out the door handed me my shake and I never even saw her face because she was looking in the opposite direction.  McDonalds you need to do some employee customer service training immediately!!!  And store manager needs to be held accountable for  allowing this kind of behavior.  No more McDonald’s for me  and mine!

Friendly staff. The bathroom was very clean. The check out lines were efficient and quicker than normal. I had an overall nice visit.
