Tonight I went into McDonalds to get a shake, and when I was leaving my daughter hit the lock button for my doors. When I went to open her door I slightly closed my door, and then seen she had locked the doors and the keys were in my car. Two managers and a few workers were there helping me. I have never had anyone willing to help me. I want to thank both managers and the workers who were there Helping me.

What a horrible experience. The moment I walked into this McDonald's it seemed everyone was confused, disorganized and did not know what they were supposed to do. The wait to order was long; receiving my order was also lengthy.  The food, while hot,  was disgusting.  This is not the experience I have grown to know and love from McDobalds. I will only go back for shakes, but not soon. I truly hope this experience was an exception.

We went to the drive thru about 9 pm on Saturday, the woman who took our order was good and fast, when we got to the window to pick up our food the staff was so unprofessional and rude.  They asked us about 5 times what we ordered until i finally asked did they want to see the receipt, there were like 5 teenagers in the window (workers) joking and playing.  They shoved all our food in a tiny bag, forgot the sauces and were just not concerned on how long we waited or how they spoke to us.  Very rude.  Got our food home my son's chicken nuggets were old, cold, greasy and he said they tasted odd, couldn't even eat them.  This is not the first bad expierence we've had at this location, the food is always prepared wrong and old, cold.  Just always seems to be a problem.  We have a location closer to us that we stopped going to for bad service and this one used to be much better.  They need to train their employees on better customer service.  Will not return to this location.

Terrible. Constantly getting orders wrong. Their fountain Coca-Cola tastes like several other soft drinks bleed into the coke. Food is practically smashed together, and unrecognizable as actual food. Without exaggeration: This is the worst McDonalds in Michigan.

It's one of the only McDonald I absolutely hate. It's dirty and just overall need new renovation, the service is always slow and never together. I remember when I waited 20 mins for just chicken nuggets. They need to definitely to get new workers and update everything.
