Horrible customer service. My order was fairly easy I wanted a burger with pickles and cheese add extra pickle. I stated the same way each time 5 times over the speaker and again at the paying window. When I got to the window to pick up my food after 20 minutes in line. I of course check my order and they are wrong. I then told them cause not only was the order wrong it was cold. Asked for a refund and got nothing but rolling of eyes at me by the manager but the employee as well. Never felt way with food place unless they didn't care if you ever come back. I would give negative stars if it was a option.

This place never has no ice cream, get orders wrong all the time....machines is always down...u can only use cash r cards (one r the other) fries isn't fresh. ..at night. They barely stay open to serve 24hrs....it's always something missing with a full meal. No bagel,  no grilled chicken, etc....it needs to close like all the others. No need for 24hrs. There is no 24hrs of service there..Trotwood area sucks....rather drive to the other side of town for mcdonalds

My granddaughter thinks this is the only place on earth to eat.  She loves the happy meals and the surprise she gets in them.  I enjoy a cup of their delicious coffee and a pie.

Waited in line for 17 minutes. When I arrived at the pick up window I had too repeat my entire order. I was asked to wait and pull up. I waited several minutes before my order came out. I was shorted 4 sandwiches and a box of cookies I was picking up for co workers. They suck

Went to get a bite to eat in Sunday ed withafternoon...absolutely horrible experience!!  This McDonald's smel ls nasty  dandwichwhen you enter...floors were sticky and dirty...the doors and counters were filthy with finger prints everwhere....empl oyees were engaged with group conversation...the beverage counter was filthy...now the food...got to my car and opened my sandwich...cold, old and hard........don't know what's going on there...but it's my last visit..
