Absolute garbage service. They charged my card, then told me that the card was declined. My banking mobile app showed that the charge was processed, and they still refused me my order or a refund. None of the employees speak English. Every few years it takes something like this to happen to remind me how horrible McDonalds is, even for breakfast. I'll try again once they figure out the whole automated ordering system. These people deserve to have their jobs replaced by machines.

They don't speak English! No one! They all are lazy, work very slow !!! This is the first place with such an awful service, that I have met in USA for last 2 years!

Waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru for my order to be made incorrectly and cold fries. Sounds yummy, doesn't it?

Horrible service. All employees have an attitude, and do not look like they want to be there. Wasn't greeted at the register and waited for my food for over half an hour and it was not that busy. They kept skipping my order. Finally got it and the order was all wrong. How do you mess up a milkshake? All I'm sayin is, the place needs updating, particularly he staff.

Horrible service!!! I get it, you dont like your job, QUIT! 
but treating guest in a rude manner is just not cool, specially over a confusion of a sandwich name. 
Sadly the manager comes out, gives the guy even more attitude,makes him look bad in front of everyone and then tells him 
"NEXT TIME ORDER THE RIGHT SANDWICH" 
what?????? My jaw dropped! 
Oh and they love to.speak spanish, im a spanish speaker but i think its rude to do it in front of people that dont! 
So Maria and Alfredo, you guys are a shame for guest service and food industry!
