They tried to sell me a salad for full price without all of the ingredients in it. Not only that but the staff got upset that I didn't want the salad anymore after finding out that not all of the ingredients that are clearly labeled on the menu are not there. They need to keep better stock of their items. What a let down!

Great soups! Served extra hot so even taking the soup togo is not a problem. Comes with bread too which is a nice bonus. I only wish they offered a size between large and quart. I'll be waiting for it ;)

They force you to have a plastic lid put onto your hot soup, even if you don't want it. I walked out without eating because they forced a top on when I requested that it not be. They argue this is not bad for you, because it is plastic made from corn. All plastic has plasticizers in it that leach into food (regardless of origin), which have proven estrogenic effects and are thought to contribute to causing cancer. No plastic in my soup please.

It's a soup place that opens at 7am, but they don't have soup at 7am! Why do they open at 7am then?! No info whatsoever that soup is available only after 10am. Moreover, they close at 3pm and don't work in weekends. Better not exist! This was the 3rd time I went there to find out that I could not have soup! Ridiculous! Not going to lose my time anymore!!
