Out of McDonald's I've been to my life , this one was the far by worst. The lady taking out order was rude to us and her fellow co workers... I mean like surely she was trained right? Really rude to customers , she through the ketchup in someones hand. What kind of customer service is that.

I had been driving in horrendous weather all day and this provided a nice respite from the drive while I got something hot to eat. Pretty standard McDonald's experience, nothing amazing nothing awful.

Usually when you think of McDonald's you go there because of consistency. You know exactly what to expect. Today however I was passing through Lampasas and to my surprise upon stopping in at this McDonald's it was the worst McDonald's experience ever for me. Fish fillet had a hard dry bun, the chicken nuggets were even gross with freezer burn and real dry. To top it all off they ran out of sweet tea. Having no sweet tea in Texas is like there never being any sun in the sky.

I would rate it higher because the food was good,  however,  at midnight only the drive thru is open and it took about a half hour to get 6 vehicles through. I'm sure it's great during the daytime,  but be prepared to wait if you go after midnight.

Very crowded on my last visit. They did a great job of getting everyone through the lines.
