Best German food in Central Texas.  They have an authentic German feel to their quaint restaurant.    The food is great, seriously very good. And the crazy thing is, the desert is even better! The cheesecake is phenomenal.  We drive over 25 miles and pass two other German restaurants to get here. Please expect to wait, it's worth it and arguably part of the experience.

First time to eat here. We are on a road trip and stopped here for lunch. Food and service was very good. Wife had a sandwich and I had lunch plate. My food could have been a little hotter. Red cabbage was hot but other items was bearly warm.

This place had a fantastic atmosphere, excellent servers, and good food. They asked me if I wanted to ketchup with my schnitzel but I told them that was ridiculous. Bring me some mustard. Their cabbage was the best I've ever had though.

first German dining experience and i have to say; the food and service were both great! waiter took his time to help us understand menu, which is not as common as it should be

This IS the best German restaurant outside of Germany. The food is really good. The bratwurst is excellwnt and the best I've had in the U.S. The Reuben is perfect. All the sides are excellent. I will be back to try the schnitzels. Take extra friends.if you want to try the Black Forest cake, it is huge. Highly recommended.
