I understand fast food places get busy during the dinner rush, but getting food that's been blindly thrown together isn't acceptable. My 13 month old could put a fish sandwich together better than this! Not only did we get smashed sandwiches, they forgot our fries and we had to go inside you get them. They demanded the reciept to make sure we weren't trying to rip them off for a few fries. They also forgot the sauces for our nuggets. This particular McDonald's is always forgetting portions of our orders. It doesn't matter if we order something small or large, they're always forgetting something. I've also had issues with them double charging my debit card on at least 2 occasions. Sometimes I drive a bit further up the road to the one closer to the highway in hopes of them not messing up my order! I understand its cheap and crappie food, but come on people!

I went to McDonald's on Dale Blvd next to Exxon and James was THE BEST!!!! He was extremely helpful and very informative. I have NEVER received service like that from any McDonald's. Thank you James. You ROCK!!!!!

Slow taking my order. Fries half cold. Tea was old and tasted like it had been sitting there for days and oddly enough for iced tea had no ice in it

I try to understand some days can be too busy but no excuse for terrible service and quality of food... I just bought a big mac instead of adding the iconic sauce to the big mac they add ketchup so now it's not even a big mac anymore. I've been coming here every once in a while and they always get orders wrong and terrible managers that gives you an attitude when we correct them on customers orders. They need to be trained again
