Wow. Just wow. Obviously management and/or owner doesn't care enough to check public reviews of their restaurant or there wouldn't be so many echoing the same issues. Customer service? Non existent!!! No thank you nothing from either drive thru attendant just hand you your change hand you your food and horrible reactions when you ask for something like they can't be bothered. I'm afraid to eat the food now because if they care that little about customer service imagine how little they care about cleanliness and food prep. Terrible. Go anywhere else!!

These ppl meessed up my food and when I asked for a courtesy drink they slow asses gave me water. Sad!!! It's always that one hating ass female ( African American girl with the head phns on) that tries to be funny I hope everybody on that drive thru gets it for this one..... customer service where??

I come here often as it's close to home.  It sad to see such untrained staff.  As much as you try to be very polite they could care less to give any thank you's or welcome. In fact every attempt I've made to give a nice gesture gets ignored.  Management could do better.

Slow. Junkies sitting in the drive thru. There are 2:
1. Give some money for my birthday. (He says that everyday)

The worst experience ever no customer service. What happen with Good Morning may I take your order can u please give me a minute. No the only thing I got in the drive Thur was can I get ur order yes 2 breakfast burritos and strawberry banana smoothie with English muffin sandwich then she said hold ok I got ur order 2 breakfast burritos are $2.12 I said what happen with my order hold. She kept putting me on hold to get the next drive Thur order I was upset waiting I see 4 cars pass by me and she still asking me ok complete ur order, this was the third time I was f*€k let me drive up to the window. No car was moving i was they 10 mins in the lane and 15 mins taking my order hell no I left the place. I see they can manage 2 drive Thur like the one in Miami Gardens Drive that place is in and out friendly and fast like a fast food place should be.this was today Sept 4,2017
