I've been here a few times over the span of the last couple years. This last time I went here was probably the worst experience I'd had. I don't know if they got new help or what the situation is. But I brought my vehicle there. And I'm one of the workers was asked to come out and look at the locks on my service truck, he was very disgruntled. And showed it very obviously. I'll go here again because I know they do good work. And I know we all have bad days.

I needed my lock cylinder fixed in my grand Cherokee and McGuire took great care of me. For the same job the local dealership wanted to do a lot of unnecessary work and charge at least triple the price. I would highly recommend their services. They are a pleasure to do business with and have integrity.

Great little shop for getting keys made and a whole lot more. Unlike the big box stores, I haven't had any problems with the keys they've made for me. They also carry the small strange keys.

Nate is the best person ever!  We called McGuire around eleven because we lost our key last week and needed a new one made for our car, and were told that Nate would be there in a couple hours.  It's almost two so we call again and they said Nate could still be coming.  Now it's 4pm and call again and they said that he'll still be out here.  It's now 7pm and Nate decided to not show up AND doesn't work after hours so he never will.

Nate should be fired immediately for his disrespectful attitude and lack of communication.  What if we were stranded somewhere and needed to have our car unlocked?  I know I'm not going to call McGuire for anything in the future.  One bad apple ruins the whole bushel.

Courteous and highly knowledgeable service. Cut and programmed my replacement key fobs in less than 10 minutes for a fraction of the cost that the dealer quoted me for just one!
