Very poor customer service! My overall experience with this company was down right awful, I hope no one else goes through what I had to. I lost my keys at work and after looking for them for two days I decided to call Smallwood Locksmith to make me a new key. I called at 11:30a.m. and made an appointment for 6:30p.m that night. The man on the phone told me that it would be  $110 for the key. I showed back up at my work at 630 and the technician was not there at 7p.m. I called the company back and he told me that the technician was just now leaving and would be there in 30min at, 7:45p.m the technician showed up and shortly after he told me it would take 3 hours to make my key and that I could either wait or give him a $70 deposit and meet back up with him the next morning at 10a.m . I agreed to meet up with him at the next morning and showed up at 10a.m, he wasn't there so I called him and he asked me if we could meet up at 1p.m which I agreed. Once again when I showed up at 1p.m no one was there I called the technician at 1:15 he assured me that he would be there in 20-30min at 2:00 I called the company back and talked to the manager he aplogized and said the technician would 30 min and said if he wasn't the rest of what I owed would be taken out of his pay and I wouldn't have to pay for the rest. After 45min he showed up, spent about 30min getting my key finished and then told me it was going to be  $325 I told him what his boss told me I didn't have to pay, and he said "no, call my manager back" so I did, the manager said no I'll give you a discount. After arguing with him for a few min. I told him the original price on the phone was $110 he said "well that's the starting price" after a few min I agreed and said I would put it on a credit card he at first agreed but then said his machine was down and said I had to pay cash. I told him no, and that I would pay him in a check or money order once again he said okay and then changed his mind and said no I need cash. At this point it's 4:00 and I am so fed up with the con artist  I gave him cash, got my key and drove off. This company will lie to you and make you wait hours a pon hours for TERRIBLE service. DO NOT USE SMALLWOOD LOCKSMITH!
