My wife and I recently purchased a home in Carbondale.  We contacted Kim at McKinley sales to help us with the purchase of our home. While working with her we were so impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and integrity.  We have worked with several realtors over the years and our experience with Kim has been the best.  We cannot say enough good things about Kim.

When working with Kim and Drew to photograph their properties, we’re always impressed with their hands-on approach to staging and styling each listing. Their willingness to take that extra time means homes look the best they can.

Kim and Drew were wonderful to work with!  They were patient, helpful, and ultimately suggested the house that we purchased.  This shows that they don't just go through the motions but take care to understand the type of property you are looking for.  Working through the contract period and closing was a breeze with their expert help.

We love our new house and hope to stay for years to come but if we need to move I would not hesitate a second to call Kim and Drew back!

My wife and I recently purchased (and then leased out)  a house in Basalt Co through McKinley sales.  Our situation was somewhat complicated by the fact that we are Australian Citizens and currently living in Houston TX and are also first time buyers in the US.  (ie complicated the credit, searching, viewing etc) As a result from start to finish it took approx 9 months.   

Drew and the team were very patient and helpful throughout the process and took the time to answer questions and provide additional photos and video of the properties we were interested in etc.  

Overall we were very pleased with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend them to prospective buyers.
