As a real estate professional it is with the utmost confidence that I recommend Whitman Fine Properties to anyone looking to buy real estate in Aspen or just looking for the perfect vacation rental. Wendalin has tremendous real estate experience, couple that with her knowledge of Aspen and the surrounding areas, makes her one of the best brokers in Pitkin County. Her rental properties are top of the line and the rental specialists are available to handle any needs or issues during your stay. As a type A, OCD, clean freak, I wouldn't stay in any other property but a WFP property because they have bright white clean linens, clean homes and impeccable service. Anyone who has any negative comments about this company must not be properly informed about the costs associated with a nice vacation in Aspen. What may be expensive per night elsewhere in the world is cheap for Aspen. Whitman Fine Properties will be the best team to guide you in making your Aspen vacation PERFECT! Thanks to Wendalin and her team for always providing me with an outstanding Aspen experience time after time.

I have had many dealing with Wendalin Whitman.  She is efficient, knowledgeable and prompt.  She has a great handle on the Aspen market and executes the best deals.  Her staff is wonderful to work with.  

Can't ask for a better broker.

My experience with Whitman Fine Properties was very poor.  They rented me a property in Aspen, Co that was completely substandard for the price we payed.  There was thick dust in many areas, broken floors with duct tape as a repair, multiple broken lamps, multiple bulbs out, a broken dining table just to name a few.  The bath towels were mismatched and obviously very old and gross.  We were given 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and only given an extra after multiple complaints.  They absolutely refused to consider even a small refund of my costs and to add insult they still kept a $150 cleaning fee out of my deposit.  Yes, that was part of the contract but considering the condition I got the unit in I felt was deplorable business.  My friends rented a unit next to us from a different group that was great.  I would never recommend, nor would I ever use Whitman Fine Properties  They obviously only care about $$$ and not the customer.
