We've been customers here for over 30 years. Thru countless cats and 3 dogs. They're compassionate and competent and friendly. Even though several years ago I moved and now they're 23 miles away, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have never met a rude person like the elderly receptionist. First off another receptionist was giving me the information that I needed and she rudely interrupted her to tell me that they can't do x-rays without seeing my pet first. I told her I know that because I am a vet tech. I just wanted the prices. She goes on to tell me that the vet have to see the pet first and before the vet can see the pet she have to receive medical records from my previous vet stating what is going on with my pet. My pet is healthy besides the dental calculus. I was bringing my pet in as an emergency and I only came here because it is 5 mins from where I live. The best part is that she tells me that they can only do x-rays if my pet is sedated. I told her I have light sedation at home if my pet really need to be sedated and she tells me that I shouldn't have that at home. Obviously this lady knows nothing. Acepromzine can be prescribed to pets prn depending on the vet and the reason for sedation at home. And the place smells really bad. It had a shelter smell to it..... This veteran will never go here again and I will tell everyone I know not to go here.... I might even make a sign to turn people away that's how bad my experience was and I didn't even see the vet or the tech.
