Reviews

This clinic and the people who work there are so wonderful and take good care of their furry patients.  Very sensitive and empathic when having to put your fur babies down.  They have taken care of two of my seniors and I knew that they were in good hands in their final moments. You can't go wrong with this clinic :)

I've been using this clinic for 10 years now and a lot has changed over time, but all for the better. They are ALWAYS open which is amazing.  I have liked ever doctor I have seen, they really seem to care about our furry kids. Convenience and Compassion are the main reason I would recommend Hillside to any friend or family member.

My wife, myself, and our dogs love this place. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable compared to some other places. It is always clean here and it is great that they are open 24 hours. Some doctors are more engaging than others but everyone seems knowledgeable and like they care. Our favorite is Dr. Ryan Jacques. He seemed to go above and beyond when it came to helping our dog. While sometimes the wait here and be a little longer than we would like, we rather come here above anywhere else.

Very reasonably priced 24 hour vet. Costs have been the same when I’ve needed to make an emergency 2am visit or if it was a planned appointment. I have always felt my pups have been well cared for and well loved by the vets and staff. 

After adopting a shelter dog that needed heart worm treatment, we took him to hillside and his total treatment ended up costing about $400 less than what was originally quoted due to certain medicines not being needed and our guy needing less time in the hospital. I’ve never  been asked to pay more than the quoted price for any service here. 

Sadly had to have a pet put to sleep due to health issues recently and the way we were told the news and the way the procedure was handled was very considerate and thoughtful.

We love hillside. Have been going for about 3 years now. But the care we received yesterday while my dog was very sick made me write this review. The staff was very attentive and Dr. Jaqules was very attentive, informative, and gave my dog the best of care. 

When we had an accident in the lobby the staff was very polite and helpful. They jumped right on it and did not seem annoyed to have to deal with a sick dog during one of their busiest times on a Sunday. 

We love hillside and tell everyone to go there.
