Just had my home AC repaired by Alan. This guy is really good! He immediately identified the issue (burned out capacitor) and went back to his shop to get the part. Once fixed, he then checked out the entire systems health and noticed our filter was super filthy. He replaced my filter and checked temperature levels – ok! Thanks, Alan! I will definitely be calling you back when needed!

This is to just to share my experience with the above company. It is being done without bias. It is also one of the best ways to express my appreciation for the services. I have never seen anything of this kind. This appreciation can be directed to the technician involved in the transaction of this particular. This is my story: my electric water heater was functioning appropriately. A certain plumbing company was referred to me by the water heater manufacture. I had called that particular plumbing company for services. A technician was sent to my home to service the equipment; it so happened that technician did not have any experience with electric heater. He had pointed out the wrong cause for the malfunction to me. Thereafter; that technician had charged me $ 185.00 for the 18 minutes service. Then; I had called "McLay Services, Inc. for assistance. I had presented my problem to the receptionist. She took my phone number' and promised to call me back after contacting one of the technicians. Half-hour later; McLay services had called me back with a possible cause for the malfunction. A technician was sent to may home. His name is "Cameron". He seemed to be very honest and knowledgeable of the appliance in question. After checking all of the components of the electrical heater, he had come with a good cause of the malfunction. He had proceeded to call the manufacture to relay the problem. The manufacture had decided to send the part to my home via express shipment. The part had arrived, I called McLay. The same technician "Cameron" had arrived to install the part for me. Minutes later; the water heater was functioning well as usual. He had made my day. The business world needs more caring and honest technicians like "Cameron". I should have called "McLay Services, Inc. first rather than the other plumbing company. Thanks to the devotion of that particular technician, I am as happy as ever. I do not need to warm up water every time my family needs to bathe. From now on; McLay Services, Inc. will continue to be my first priority for all plumbing problems. I had learned from " Cameron" that customers' happiness and satisfaction are usually first in accordance with McLay Services' view. I am so happy and satisfied with the company. I've used McLay Services for my home and business and have always been beyond satisfied. Chad has come out and changed a water heater, installed new sink / garbage disposal, fixed toilets, and fixed various leaks. (My next call will be to replace shower head in Master Bathroom!) Chad is always very honest, knowledgeable, articulate, and polite. Prices are fair and I like working with a fellow small business. I've recommend McLay to my parents, other family, and friends and they have also been very happy. Great company!
