We’ve been using them since we moved to Chino Hills  20 years ago. On the visit 4/13  I noticed a leak coming from the faucet  where pipes were replaced about a week earlier  I called and they promptly came but thought it wasnt related to the pipes they replaced. I spoke to  theoffice manager and explained why I thought it was related. She actually listened to me and called back in 5 minutes to say we’ll fix it free 
As I hung up the phone Art was already back  at the door. He and Louie were both fantastic. Louie actually called me on his day off to let me know I was a valued  customer and their company stands behind its work . Everyone was so nice and professional.. this experience was far and above any other repair service I’ve used. We are customers for life

Although, they we willing to charge for home visit (their business card says free estimates), when I asked for written documentation, I was told they would have to talk to Rene and call me back. Of course, there was no call back. 2 hours later, I called and they said Rene wasn't interested in my job, go somewhere else. Asked for written documentation of a plumbing problem, shouldn't be an issue. Then she said, "I was the 3rd person complaining today! If I didn't like it, I could go F--k myself''. Really, I'm not making this up. Stay away....far away.
