Great Team! McRoof just completed replacing my roof. Ty and Armando made the whole ordeal easy to manage. Ty stepped me through the process. I almost signed with another well known company for the job but their representative dropped the ball. Ty not only picked up the ball, he out scored that company in several areas. Ty more than made up for the other company's short fall when he really did not have to.  Armando, he is a stickler for detail. He and Scotty made sure I was satisfied with their work after the job was completed. Even when I said it was OK to leave something as it was, no big deal; they insisted on fixing the issue and did just that, even after the check had been cashed. Not many companies these days have that level dedication to their customers. Believe me when I tell you, you are in good hands with McRoof for you roofing needs.

McRoof has just completed our roof. They were the best. They worked with the insurance adjuster very successfully. We are very satisfied with them. They follow the theory that it is not good for them unless it is good for their customer. We can gladly recommend them.

Why would anyone use anyone else.  We had a big job that the original local roofer due health and age couldn’t do. 

  We started the process by taking bids and I called several local and also called Mcroof.
Our process took time and we did our homework and settled on Mcroof.   I met Rick Cotter and he was the main reason we choose Mcroof.   Rick was a true professional and explained the whole process and was involved in every step.

Rick and Ken were there for me on the roof with the adjuster .  Had pics for her and made sure she didn’t miss a place.   This is the first claim ever for us on this house . 

The roofing team did,a wonderful job and not one plant was hurt, we have extensive gardens around the house and building.  The roofing team was outstanding in cleanup and the roof is absolutely beautiful on the house and building.

McRoof handled the complete job screens , doors, etc.....   couldn’t be more pleased.    The week after we had a hail storm and Rick text and called.    Again the difference is the people and their work.  Ken, the roofing team and Rick Cotter made this a great experience..   if I needed another roof even for new construction I would call Rick Cotter and McRoof.

In my 45+ years of owning and repairing approximately a dozen homes, the experience of working with everyone at McRoof who installed my new roof was perhaps the best and most professional experiences I have ever had with any contractor. From the initial contact with Scott Sr. & Jr., for meetings, everyone was on time, courteous, extremely competent & professional.  I own a business, so I have great appreciation for customer service and quality work.  Simply put, McRoof was as good as it gets.
