I called and spoke with a woman and was advised that I would be contacted the following day. When I did not receive a call or message the following day, towards the end of the day I called again and was advised that I would be called before the end of the day. Still no call. I made one last attempt to get an appointment and went to the website to schedule my own appointment and almost a week later I was called, however I could not answer the call at the time and called them back an hour later and never was able to get a hold of anyone. This company, apparently, does not want my business. Oh well, it's their loss. I have the money to pay for the job, which has been estimated between $15,000.00-$20,000.00 to complete, but I will not waste any more of my time with a company this unprofessional, period. If a contractor cannot be timely and promptly address any customer's needs I will not give them my business. UPDATE: It is now 01/28/2017 and I have already chosen Red River Roofing, a much better company all around, and STILL have not been contacted by Salazar Roofing & Construction. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I have called to schedule  an estimate to be done. I spoke with a girl and she said someone would contact me the following day. Four days later nothing. So i called again and spoke with the same girl. She told me the sales guy name and said he would contact me that day. No one has contacted me. I will be taking my 5,000 sqft roof to another company along with the stucco for the home and two small mother in law homes we have on our property! Poor response !!

Salazar is fabulous. They took care of our roof on our personal home, the church building, and the church house. We recommend them for everything honesty, integrity, and amazing workmanship at a reasonable price. Easy to work with. You will be making the right choice by choosing Salazar. I was blown away by the customer sevice I recieved. I called in the morning and by 2 o'clock I got a call from a young man named John. He let me tell him when I was available to meet for my estimate and he was there on the dot the next day. I know you can't make everyone happy all the time in the customer service industry, but John did a wonderful job making my roofing decision easy to decide.

Salazar installed a 50 year composition roof on our home about 2 years ago.  During the recent  heavy rains a leak started around the double fireplace.  I called and made an appointment.  Carlos came to the house around a week ago and worked all day replacing the flashing.  We thought he had it fixed.  Yesterday it started leaking so I called again.  This morning Carlos came back to the house and asked if he could go into the attic to see where it was leaking.  He spent the day replacing roofing up to the ridgeline and replaced one more piece of flashing and caulking.  Carlos went out of his way to fix the leak!!
