I went for a physical check out for the fire academy. I told them to do everything necessary that I needed to to have for my school. I gave them the school requirement and they still managed to fill my paperwork incorrectly causing me to have my school application void and getting withdrawn from school. I paid the school and the doctor just to lose it all. They didn't even care that I lost my payment for school. And lost my school term spot just because they messed up my paperwork.. They are irresponsible clinic. Even the staff be contradicts each other. They have no clue what to do and how they effected my life. I can't go back to school til next year

I went in for an iv fluid drip because of severe dehydration from food poisoning. It took two techs to try to place a needle in 4 different veins, I have very good veins. Blood going everywhere, especially . when he was taking it out. The dr. Had to come in and place the needle which he of course got it in the first time. The young girl and guy who tried ,obviously did not have experience. The girl said she was nervous after her attempts an walked out. She also said she had a cold and when I asked , didn't they make her wear a mask , she put one on, she came back in another time and I had to remind her about a mask. The whole procedure , when the dr got the needle in , the bag took 20" to drain, it normally takes an hr. Little did they know they had two retired nurses aids there.The garbage was overflowing , the tech merely pushed it down with her hands. There were blood soaked gauze pads in there from me.! At times they were slow to pick up gauze and litter from around my arms when the blunders occurred. The nurse tech did not know the dr. Name. I was taken right away at 10:45, but did not leave until 3:00. I was so sick and exhausted by the time I left I could not fill out the questionnaire. I have been to many urgent care facilities with my children, and myself. I have never seen such inexperienced staff in all my life. Something has to be done to bring this up to par. Please. We do need this facility in our neighborhood. I will say the office staff was very nice and accommodating, breathing with a smile, which is all important when dealing with the public. The techs never smiled nor apologized for the errors. Over all rating ,a very bad experience

Being seen fast is a blessing and the staff is nice - I am a longtime user of MDNOW at various locations - however being misdiagnosed is expensive and time consuming. I was nonchalantly told I had pneumonia while the nurse left the room, only to be told my by regular doctor during follow up that I do not have pneumonia so it's still a mystery on why I've pretty much been sick since New Years. I am left not knowing if I've been treated correctly prescription wise or if the people I've come into contact have the risk of getting whatever cold/flu/strep/infection I may have. I was also told "You know you have an enlarged heart, right??" which, you know - sounds serious only for all my xrays to come back normal. "So do I or don't I?"That is pretty much what I am left with besides still being sick. Maybe I just got the wrong people on the wrong day, but a big mistake was made in the way this was handled and has costs me hundreds of dollars and I still do not know what is wrong.

I brought my terrible two year there and the MA was very understanding and caring. At first, I was skeptical about bringing my active child there, but the emergency room was packed and I was eager to find out what was wrong with my child. The MA and doctor definitely had patience with my son and diagnosed him perfectly. I will always come back to MD Now for my families needs. They're Fast and Friendly!!!

I absolutely love this place. The front desk staff are very friendly and pleasant, as well as the doctors and medical assistants. The icing on the cake is the cleanliness. It's a very pleasant contrast to conditions of typical urgent cares.
