2 years after a visit We received a bill without any explanation. We never knew why... they just wanted the money. It's like a modern time rubbery.

As a tourist we were seen without appointment within 30 minutes for an infection my son contracted in an open cut. The staff were kind and considerate and the Dr was great with our 3 year old. Very happy.

My son had an skin infection. The doctor did not treat him just prescribed an antibiotic. We ran out of antibiotics and called for a refill and they will not refill without paying an additional $160! They supposedly accept my insurance but because the insurance company takes "too long to pay them" they refuse my insurance (which would make the visit $75 instead of $160) and would not see my son without paying the $160 even though they openly admit that they might not be able to help/treat but the payment is non-refundable. They even submitted a claim and got paid and now 2 months later I am waiting for a refund. DON'T GO HERE.

We've been waiting for more than 2 hours now. Not sure if this is the type of "urgent" care you should go to if you really need help fast.
