This is the most inept group of people I have ever seen. Do your THOROUGH research, or you will be back. We have to go monthly for our company vehicles. For years when it was on Main St there wasn't ever a problem. And if something was missing, they would tell you. Not anymore. I could go on and on, but just a sample: 4 months ago we went to transfer a title. They took the information, and the payment. Low and behold, 4 months later we realize we never got the new title. Well they placed a hold on it because a signature was "supposedly" missing. Nobody said a word when we were there. No call, no email. Just tossed aside and let it rot. This is one of MANY issues we've had since they moved to 7 hwy.

I got there at 6:15 on a day when they close at 7.  Checked in and the sign said that I had a 7 minute wait. There were 2 employees doing renewals and one of them left soon after I arrived. My wait time got down to 1 minute and stayed that way for 10 minutes while the remaining employee did some kind of paperwork before she would take the next person (me). She made several trips to the back office. Then when she was finally ready she called me and the next 2 people up all at once. Posting the wait time is helpful, but only if it's accurate. Take care of the customers, don't just stop and do other tasks while people are waiting.

I've heard some complaining around down. This place got off to a rocky start and I'm sure they have bad days.. I've been in there several times and I had one bad experience when their computer system was down. Had to stand in a line for an hour and a half when the other line was moving 3 times faster.. Things happen that folks can't control. I went in there today and I had to renew a set of tags and get my drivers license renewed. There were 7 people in front of me in the longer of the two lines, and I was still in and out of there in 30 minutes. The people that work there were very polite and very efficient with their time. I usually have to be very impressed or really ticked off to leave a review. Today I was really impressed with the improvement I saw.

Went to have my drivers license renewed and signed in using the app and it told me that I was second in line. Walked in to wait and and was called up within 5 minutes. The clerk was very helpful and polite.

Most of them are nice but extremely slow. Need more help. Most people do not have all day to spend in the DMV. Very undesirable environment that these people are in, which isn't entirely their fault. It makes for unhappy employees and customers.
