Tried to call about a lost package they never delivered.  Put into IVR hell then got in a que for an agent and the estimated wait time is 50 minutes.  HORRIBLE.  WORST service ever. Privitise it and watch the service increase

I have been trying for 3 weeks to call and schedule an appointment to get my kids passports. The phone either rings with no answer or is busy. I called the Lee's Summit Post Office and had my appointment scheduled within minutes. RIDICULOUS! Trying to follow the rules and that is what it gets me absolutely NOTHING!

Staff is great. Policies/manager of scheduling the route could use a little work. You're only a little way away so driving here to there to pick up most of my packages isn't too bad, but if you could rework the weekends so you could deliver packages to my office so I don't have to do without necessary items the whole weekend - that would be dandy.

The service is getting worse!!!!! It makes me upset.whu? Because the put mails in it but they never pock up my outgoing mails..which has due dates..i keep calling them..but unfortunately either line is busy or the peraon who answer is rude....

Why is your phone always off the hook? Your mail carriers are extremely lazy. I get text alerts and got one that said a note was left and my package couldn't be delivered bc of an insecure location. There was no damn note anywhere, I live in an apt complex you could have brought it to me or put it in the mailbox. Stop being in a rush to get your mcdonalds breakfast and do what our tax dollars pay you to do!!!
