My favorite hidden gem in Winter Park. Love that I can bike or walk over and get a nature fix. Different areas to explore to enjoy. I usually never see many other people when I'm here. Enjoy the newly updated Boardwalk.

My son and I went on a scouting adventure for a location to utilize for an upcoming family photo shoot. Although there were a few places that I could utilize- like the amphitheater and the trails- I didn't feel it would be the best option for a location. We did however see a raccoon and her kits. And we found some pretty cool trees to climb.

My favorite park in Orlando and there's usually plenty of parking. They have clean bathrooms, clean picnic areas, Walking trails and the gardens are beautiful. I have seen owls here several times as well as other birds. It's so peaceful and you can walk the boardwalk or trials, sit by the ponds or bring blankets and lay out in the grass and read or paint or hangout and it feels safe. Just make sure you bring mosquito repellent unless you want to become lunch.

It's a fairly large park with a boardwalk out through some relatively immature woods. Perhaps at another time of year it would be more colorful, but for now, it's doesn't look much like a botanical garden. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit it as a tourist, but if you're just looking for a park to visit with the dog or kids, this would be a nice option.

My husband and I booked this place to get married only to find out that the park employee called in on our wedding day. No p.A system, microphone, no dressing room opened to us! The area was dirty from a previous wedding before us with no clean up. It was horrible! My wedding was ruined! All year long I was excited about getting married at this particular location. I will never forget it! No amount of money refunded will replace the mistakes that effected my day!
