Absolutely fantastic.

I had called Meadowbrook when my 16-year-old dog was acting unusual.  We all knew that my dog was nearing the end of his time with us, and I didn't want to subject him to extensive testing and prodding.  The staff understood this, and without pressuring me, made arrangements for an appointment to make sure my pup was comfortable.  Unfortunately, my dog decided that it was his time to go before we made it to the appointment.  When I called, the staff was warm, compassionate, and helped me through the next steps.

I've been to several veterinary clinics, and would immediately recommend Meadowbook Veterinary Clinic over all of the others in the area.

Dr Osbourne is the best vet in the area. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped save my dogs life. He goes beyond care and compassion and went beyond the norm to ensure my dog's pain relief and healing was constantly addressed.  I won't go anywhere else.  Mickey and Jennifer are a great support team too!

I took my dog in this evening due to a raw and painful tail.  I was immediately met with a rude, sarcastic and glib woman behind the desk.  She immediately scolded me for not making an appointment.  I started to let it slide and stated that I would have made an appointment if I knew he had an injury earlier in the week.  She immediately replied "You knew you were coming when you drove here.  You need an appointment next time."  That was it, I had had it!  I told her she had a nasty attitude and left.  NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!  WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

We have been going to Dr. Osborne for over 12 years and love him.  He has taken care of our dog, cat and exotic reptiles with amazing skill and compassion.  Dr. Osborne and his staff have gone above and beyond for our pets countless times.  I can not count the number of family members and neighbors that also use Dr. Osborne and are as happy with his care as we are.  If you are looking for a vet, I highly recommend Dr. Osborne.

The women at the front desk are catty and rude. We have been feeding our cat expensive Rx food and they hassled me about needing to "see" him before they would let us buy more food for him. I sent my husband the next time & they never said a peep to him which leads me to believe they're just full of attitude towards women. Now we go elsewhere and have had zero issues. Skip this vet.
