Alex the owner of Meal Dealers is truly passionate about what he does. The meals are exceptional (I haven't had one yet that I didn't love). His business model is simple... he makes fresh, healthy meals every weekend and delivers them to his customers in Sunday and Monday (pick up in Sterling, Va is also available). which range from locally to all the way up the eastern seaboard from Richmond to New Jersey. The meals are all packaged separately and all that's needed for prep is to pop them in the microwave for about 90 seconds and they are ready to eat. I'll admit I was skeptical... how good does food taste when it's re-heated in the microwave? But with the lid on it keeps all the moisture in and believe it or not it tastes AMAZING! If you are counting carbs or trying to load up on protein it's easy to manage as every individual meal is labeled with all the nutrition data right on the front. My wife is an excellent cook but I am on the go a lot and this has helped to supplement a needed gap and keeps me out of drive through lanes. The cost per meal is comparable or less than you would pay at most fast food places.  So healthy...so good... so fresh! Keep up the good work Chef Alex!

I can not say enough about Alex and his amazing team at Mealdealers. They provide a flawless culinary experience with a huge menu of meals. Not only is the food delicious, it’s healthy too. Meals can be personalized- I usually have them prepare me low carb meals which is delicious, healthy, and great portions. I tried multiple places in the past, but no one has been able to provide such well flavored meals. Everything on the huge menu has been fantastic.. With Chef Alex, you are getting wicked culinary skills and someone who’s an expert to help you with your dietary goals. The courier are extremely pleasant. Everyone should definitely give Mealdealers a try.

Just tried two different meals -- the Smokey Pulled Chicken and the Teriyaki Beef -- and both were excellent. Very good nutrition, moist meat, and a great portion size.  Quick and easy prep makes for a very convenient, yet healthy meal option when you might be tempted to go for something much less healthy!

I tried about 10 different meals from Meal Dealers after being referred by my brother, and I have to say I was so impressed by the quality of the food, flavor, texture, etc.!!! I have always brought my own breakfast and lunch to work being that I have a decent commute, so having a pre-made fresh, non-preservative breakfast or lunch entre is saving me so much time. I think it would be extremely difficult to find a better tasting, healthier option for the price of these meals. I would recommend Meal Dealers to any friend or family! You just pop them in the microwave for a couple minutes, sit back,and enjoy a hot, healthy, delicious meal!! Will continue ordering from Meal Dealers for many more meals to come!

Had the teriyaki beef and broccoli rabe for the first time today, and man was it delicious. The beef was tender and well-seasoned, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the broccoli was fresh and well made. I was very impressed with the nutritional value of the meal, being high in protein, low sodium and fat. Can’t wait to try some more!
