This is our local Paisano's and they're consistently good. The cheese on the pizza is to die for and do not get me started on the meatballs... they're a bit of HEAVEN! My husband loves their buffalo wings and says they're the best he's had since we left NY.

My one and only complaint is the consistent lack of garlic on the garlic knots. I even go as far as requesting 'extra' garlic in the notes section online & have yet to be successful in receiving GARLIC knots - I just end up with plain baked dough in a knot. I guess tonight will be the last time I order those until they start using garlic.

No consistency- it's a roll of a dice if your food is good or not. Also the reps taking phone orders are quite rude. If they can fix these few things they can be very good. Perhaps a change in management might do the trick.

Less than the rest. 
Every time I order from here I’m disappointed. This restaurant needs to follow the quality of the others. I have never had a personal pizza with 2x cheese that was so thin. Order the same item from the Chantilly restaurant and you’ll see the “huge” difference in shear amount of cheese and taste. Next time I’ll wait until I can go to the place I like rather than order from here again.

We ordered from here and only received a portion of our food,  which took 45 mintues; all appetizers and no entrees. After calling, we were assured that are food was being sent out asap. Well asap meant another 55 minutes. Pretty ridiculous for a couple of tuna subs and meatballs. Called again and got a half hearted "I'm so sorry" from Marlon? Who evidently was the person in charge of taking complaints for the night. Last time I order from here, ridiculous and epically poor customer service.
