Mears Roofing provides an excellent product and super customer service! They responded the same day I had a leak in my skylight, traveling almost 100 miles.  Ben quickly made the repair, checked and caulked other skylights, and didn't charge a penny.  He said, "just part of our support", since he had expertly replaced our roof 5 years before. 
I would use them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them to anybody. They have no equal!

Mears Roofing provides excellent customer service! They responded the same day I made a request for an estimate to fix a leak. Ericka answered all my questions, scheduled the job quickly, and was always pleasant to speak with. Their roofers performed the work when they said they would and left no trace when they cleaned up. The cost was also incredibly reasonable.

My experience with Mears Roofing has been fantastic. I've had the opportunity to work with, and personally refer, them on more than a dozen different projects over the past 4-5 years. As a real estate Broker, roofing issues come up quiet frequently. Having someone who is reliable, honest, and quick-to-work, is truly invaluable to me and my clients.

Mears installed my new roof this spring. They are amazing to work with, the customer service is above and beyond. I am extremely happy with their workmanship, if you are looking for a roofing company I would definitely recommend Mears Roofing.

Charged me nearly $600 for a leak repair and did nothing.  I had to call another roofer, who is now replacing the entire roof, and he showed me where Mears did exactly nothing other than stuff an 8 INCH X 12 piece of plastic in a small gulley.  New roofer was disgusted at me being charged $600 for doing nothing.

His first attempt, he apparently did nothing, second attempt, he apparently put in the small rectangle of plastic.  Leak got worse and cost me hundreds in interior ceiling repair.

I am having my roof replaced now, the new contractor pulled up the old one and showed me where Mears did exactly nothing other than put in that small piece of rubber/plastic in a gulley on the roof.

Minimal effort to lift a few shingles clearly showed me, a non-roofer, exactly where the leak was.  He didn't even do that.

Unbelievable - avoid!

He is probably looking to replace your whole roof, if you have a leak, he'll charge you a bunch, then do nothing substantial.
