This is the worst urgent care center I have ever been to! my father came in due to a severe back pain he had and The doctor linda williams did not give him ANY TYPE OF MEDICATION to help him after waiting for hours! We literally came for no reason and had to go to the ER. Worst place ever and most definitely never coming back!!!!!

Needed two inoculations for school in Nov / Dec of 2015.  Received a bill in Jan 2016 with odd charges.  Called my insurance company and they confirmed the charges weren't correct.  Office staff was completely unhelpful and was told to call "Keesha" in Virginia.  Left multiple messages for Keesha but never got a return call.  Eventually sent a letter with the invoice to some PO box in Riverdale.  Got a new bill weeks later for a smaller amount.  Didn't want to deal with these people anymore so I just paid it.  Then in Dec 2016 got a new bill for $60.  Why?  Again, called my insurance and reconfirmed the charges are incorrect.  Med-Ped website says to call the office manager / Chief Experience Officer (extension 13), but the receptionist didn't know who that was and there's no extension 13!  Asked to speak to the office manager, but she wouldn't take my call!?  Wow.  Sent a letter to her and to Dr. Fadul, the owner.  Finally got a call from the Office Manager, but I wasn't home.  Called back; (you guessed it) couldn't speak to her and she never returned my call.  Keesha called and left a message for me to call her "direct number".  (You guessed it) she never answered her phone and she isn't returning my messages.  In complete frustration, went to their office Berwyn Heights to see the office manager in person.  She wasn't there.  Left a written note and may try again next week.  How do these people stay in business?  Find a different place to get health care.  If they can't get their billing correct, why do you think they can deliver something complicated like medical care?  Stay away.  Stay far away!
