I had a bad experience with this clinic. I have a smaller family, and the doctor they use works here. I called to see if I could be a patient of that same doctor. The clinic tells me that the doctor cant take any more patients, but they would call me if anything changed. Could be 2 weeks, could be 6 months.  For the time being, they recommend I use another doctor. Cool.

2 weeks later I get a call back from them. I missed the call, so I call back and the lady who answers is kind of rude, doesnt have much patience for me, but thats OK they're just busy I bet. After getting my information, she tells me that the doctor can't take any more patients. OK! No problem, I already knew that, I'm happy to wait the 6 months or more for whenever she can. No, the lady says, there is no waiting list. The doctor will not take me as a patient. When I reply to ask why, she interrupts me to say "OK goodbye" and hangs up. 

Im sure the doctor is fantastic, but that experience was awful. If I cant be a patient, that's OK, but don't call me and be rude about it, then hang up on me.  No thank you!
