Dr. Planet is one of the best doctors in Ottawa, and he is extremely warm and caring person.  He is very good at putting you at ease, very gentle and caring. I had two follow ups after the nose surgery and he made sure that my nose was completely healed. He is real GENTLEMAN. Thank you Dr. Planet.

Dr. Planet himself is a good doctor. I actually give Dr. Planet 4 stars but my rating also reflects his staff, which makes me not want to even go see him.

This is the rudest doctors office I have ever dealt with as a patient. 98% of the time they do not answer the phone or return phone calls until the day before your appt (when they can charge you btw).

They are rude when you speak to them on the phone and in person and treat you like you are inconveniencing them by being there. If you can get a referral to another Specialist I would highly recommend it, unless you like being spoken down to or he gets new staff.

I've been to this office quite a few times and have only had one positive experience with his staff and that was when I didn't have to make a follow up appointment; unfortunately, my infection came back and I had to go back.

Very good Doctor.  He takes the time to listen,  he is very good to put you at ease, very gentle and caring. He's on time and i was out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

I have gone several times and always hoped that he would be in a better mood but I always got the same treatment. He's rude and not interested in what you have to say.  I truly think he hates his job.

Dr. J F is one of the best doctors in Ottawa, and he is extremely warm and caring person. The clinic staff are excellent and extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. Thank you :)
